Most often, in working conditions, the causes of professional burnout are: a conflicting environment, savings on the comfort of employees, insufficient psychological and material incentives to work, time distribution, lack of time to rest, disagreement with the values of the organization / management, insufficient support of the management, high expectations from the results of their activities. Of course, this is not the whole list of causes and risk factors, but let’s look at the minimum that the employer can do to prevent burnout from his employees.
